Leak suggests potential arrival of a one-vs-one game mode for VALORANT

VALORANT Might Get a One-vs-One Game Mode in the Future, Says Leak

A recent tweet by ValorLeaks suggests that the highly-requested one-vs-one game mode could potentially be added to VALORANT in the near future.

According to the leak, the game mode is currently in development and is likely to be played in a best-of-10 or 13 format, with players needing six or seven points to secure a win.

Details about how this mode would work are still unclear. It is speculated that the developers might deactivate certain abilities to prioritize aiming skills. It could also be set in specific areas of existing maps or have dedicated maps of its own.

One-vs-one modes are frequently requested by fans of tactical shooting games, and VALORANT is no exception. Players often take to the game’s subreddit to express their desire for this mode to be added.

Since its launch, Riot has been introducing various time-limited game modes in VALORANT, including Spike Rush, Deathmatch, and Snowball Fight. Given the popularity of the one-vs-one request, it’s highly likely that the development team has already considered adding it in the future.

It’s important to note that this game mode is still in development and subject to changes. There is also a possibility that it may not be implemented at all, depending on the results of preliminary tests by the development team.
