KRÜ Esports welcomes back a familiar player to their VALORANT team

A Former Player Rejoins KRÜ Esports for VCT Americas

KRÜ Esports has announced the return of former player Angelo “keznit” Mori to the organization ahead of the VCT Americas international league. Keznit, a Chilean player, has joined the VALORANT roster after showcasing impressive performances on the international stage to represent the Latin America region.

Keznit’s Return to KRÜ Esports

After a brief stint with fellow Chilean team Leviatán, Keznit has rejoined KRÜ Esports. He participated in three matches with Leviatán during the Movistar Fibra: LATAM Gods tournament, emerging as the victor after defeating MIBR in the final. However, Keznit did not compete in the VCT LOCK//IN tournament held in early March.

Keznit’s Impact on KRÜ Esports

During his time with KRÜ, Keznit transitioned from being a streamer under the organization to a member of the VALORANT roster. His inclusion proved to be game-changing for the team, enabling them to significantly improve their performance and achieve an impressive underdog run at LAN events.

In the VALORANT Champions 2021, KRÜ finished inside the top four but fell short against eventual runners-up Gambit in the semifinals. However, their form did not carry over to the subsequent Champions event in September, where KRÜ finished in the top 12 after a defeat against FunPlus Phoenix.

Upcoming Matches for KRÜ Esports

KRÜ Esports will face off against Brazilian team FURIA in their first match of the VCT Americas international league. The match is scheduled for April 1 at around 5pm CT. Additionally, Keznit will have the opportunity to compete against his former team on May 7.
