The BOOM Esports VALORANT team, formed in July 2020, consists of a mix of experienced and new players. They have maintained an all-Indonesian roster throughout their journey, distinguishing themselves as the first Indonesian organization to participate in VALORANT Champions.

One player to watch on the BOOM Esports team is Famouz, a versatile player who excels on different agents. Famouz, on loan from Persija Esports, has proven to be a standout player in the roster. The Journey to VCT Champions
BOOM Esports faced tough competition in the APAC region to secure their spot in VCT Champions. While other Southeast Asian teams like Paper Rex and XERXIA have previously represented the region, BOOM Esports had to prove themselves in the LCQ, where they emerged victorious without losing a single match.
The Challenge Ahead
Unlike some other debutant teams at VCT Champions, BOOM Esports did not have the opportunity to participate in Masters as a warm-up. This tournament is a significant milestone for BOOM Esports, providing them a chance to showcase their skills on an international stage. However, their first match against Masters One winners OpTic will undoubtedly test their abilities right from the start.
