Increased mobility in VALORANT allows Neon to explore new heights

Neon in VALORANT Can Reach Elevated Areas

VALORANT players have discovered that the agent Neon has the ability to reach elevated areas that are typically reserved for a select few agents.

Utilizing specific abilities to access unique spots

In the game, there are certain spots that can only be accessed by a handful of agents with specific abilities. For example, Jett can reach these areas with her passive or Updraft ability, while Raze can use her Blastpack. Chamber and Omen have teleportation abilities that allow them to access these spots as well. However, most other characters are limited to staying on the ground.

Neon’s sprint ability enables access to elevated locations

Recently, a VALORANT player named lowkeycule discovered that Neon can reach several of these elevated spots using her sprint ability, which enhances her lethality. To execute these jumps successfully, players must time their sprint and jump accurately. Becoming proficient at these maneuvers can be achieved through practice in private matches.

Lowkeycule uploaded a short clip showcasing Neon reaching notable locations on Bind, Icebox, and Haven. While some spots can be reached by all agents, the difficulty of the jumps makes them challenging to execute during an actual game. Nonetheless, having the ability to make these jumps when needed can provide an element of surprise against unsuspecting enemies.

Be mindful when utilizing Neon’s abilities

It is important to note that Neon is designed to engage in gunfights consistently. Spending too much time hiding in corners and utilizing these elevated spots excessively can hinder her effectiveness and become a burden to your team. Therefore, it is recommended to use these spots sparingly and strategically.
