Pearl, the newest map in VALORANT, is already presenting players with intriguing wallbang opportunities. Despite being just over a month old, players have managed to find a plethora of spots to shoot through walls on this underwater map.
New Wallbang Spot Revealed by DravTheGuy
A player known as DravTheGuy recently showcased an interesting wallbang spot near the attacker’s spawn on the top mid of the map. This easy wallbang allows players to shoot through the wall that divides the spawn and mid, providing a tactical advantage.
An Exciting Discovery in VALORANT
In a recent deathmatch game, a player equipped with a Phantom approached the entrance to top mid from the attacker’s spawn. They quickly spotted an enemy camper and decided to make use of the newfound wallbang spot. The player positioned themselves a few steps back, aimed accurately, and eliminated the enemy through the wall with a barrage of bullets.
Wallbangs are common in VALORANT, with various spots available on every map. However, what makes this particular spot interesting is that it allows players from the spawn to take out enemies on the other side of mid. As players become aware of this spot, they will likely utilize it to secure easy kills.
Upcoming Events and Map Availability
Pearl was temporarily disabled during VCT Masters Copenhagen and will continue to remain disabled during the Last Chance Qualifiers in August. However, it is expected to be enabled for the upcoming VALORANT Champions event in September. This will provide players with their first opportunity to experience Pearl on the international stage.
