How to Get a Ranked Gun Buddy After Each VALORANT Act
To receive a ranked gun buddy at the end of a VALORANT act, you need to complete your placement matches. The highest rank achieved throughout the act will determine your reward, so you don’t have to worry about dropping ranks during the season. Here’s how to complete your placements:
- Win 10 unrated matches and reach account level 20 to unlock competitive mode.
- Play five placement matches after unlocking competitive.
- In each act, play one placement match to receive a rank. If it’s a new episode, you may need to play five placement matches at the start of the first act.
How to Claim the Latest Rank Gun Buddy in VALORANT
When a new act begins, your ranked gun buddy from the previous act will automatically be added to your account.
