Glitch Highlight: G2 Lothar reveals exploit enabling players to dismantle Sage’s wall instantly by walking into it

VALORANT Streamer Discovers Bug Allowing Instant Destruction of Sage’s Wall

G2 Lothar, a well-known VALORANT streamer and caster, recently brought attention to a bug that enables players to destroy Sage’s wall with ease. This bug allows enemies to quickly dismantle the wall without the need for weapons or any other specific method.

Sage’s wall is a valuable tool for protecting your team and obstructing enemy advances. It typically takes several shots to destroy, providing crucial time for your team or disrupting the enemy’s plans. However, this bug undermines the effectiveness of the wall by allowing opponents to destroy it almost instantly.

The Bug and Its Discovery

G2 Lothar shared a brief video clip showcasing an exploit discovered by FORHONOR. This exploit allows players to destroy Sage’s wall by simply walking into it, which is not normally possible. Lothar has been unable to consistently replicate this bug, making it unclear how it works.

Another player posted a clip unintentionally showing them destroying the wall by jumping into it from a different angle and direction. If players can consistently reproduce the bug, it could become a significant issue.

Potential Connection to Patch 3.08

Patch 3.08 introduced significant bugs for Jett, affecting the speed of weapon switching after using her dash ability and increasing the cost of her Updraft ability. Other players have reported a bug preventing them from selling their abilities in the buy menu. It remains uncertain if the Sage wall bug was also introduced in this update. Many players hope that it will be addressed before it can be exploited further.
