Former girlfriend accuses Sinatraa of sexual assault

Professional VALORANT Player Jay “sinatraa” Won Accused of Sexual Assault

Jay “sinatraa” Won, a professional VALORANT player for Sentinels and former Overwatch League MVP, is now facing allegations of sexual assault from his ex-girlfriend, Cleo Hernandez. Hernandez made these accusations in a statement on social media.

Hernandez claimed that Won refused to use birth control, manipulated her, and guilt-tripped her into engaging in sexual activities throughout their nine-month relationship.

According to Hernandez, she initially got an IUD because Won refused to use a condom, and despite her explicitly stating that she wasn’t on birth control and did not want him to finish inside her, he proceeded without her consent.

Hernandez admitted that this should have been a “red flag” in their relationship, but as a fan of Overwatch League, she overlooked it at the time. She also mentioned that saying “no” to sex was never an option.

In her statement, Hernandez recounted instances where she declined having sex and how Won would pout and make her feel guilty by saying hurtful things. She felt as though she couldn’t escape these situations without a guilt trip.

Hernandez revealed that on some occasions, Won would pretend to be okay with her excuses but then gradually push her boundaries until they ended up having sex regardless of her objections.

As evidence, Hernandez shared an audio clip in which she can be heard saying “no, I don’t want to” while engaging in sexual activity with someone she claims is Won. She said that this situation occurred numerous times during their relationship.

Reflecting on her actions, Hernandez expressed regret for not fighting harder and physically pushing Won away. However, she was afraid that if she stood up for herself, he would leave her.

As of now, Won has not issued a statement in response to these allegations.
