FaZe Gaming announces their official VALORANT lineup

FaZe Clan Announces VALORANT Roster for 2022 Season

FaZe Clan has officially revealed its roster for the 2022 season of VALORANT. The lineup will be making its competitive debut tomorrow in the VCT North America Stage One Challengers Open Qualifier.

Revamped Lineup Unveiled

FaZe’s redesigned VALORANT lineup was leaked earlier this week, confirming the addition of former 100 Thieves player Quan “Dicey” Tran and former Immortals player Andrew “ShoT_UP” Orlowski to the team. They will be joining former Teal Seam players Chris “LarryBanks” Doyi and Xavier “flyuh” Carlson, alongside FaZe veteran Andrej “BABYBAY” Francisty. BABYBABY is the only player remaining from the previous FaZe lineup.

Celebrating a New Beginning

FaZe Clan has officially confirmed its roster today, providing fans with the first official look at the complete team. The team will be coached by former Counter-Strike player Josh “JDM” Marzano, with Thomas “Trippy” Schappy as the assistant coach.

FaZe Clan was one of the top-performing North American VALORANT teams in the 2021 season but underwent significant changes during the offseason. Corey Nigra was transferred to TSM, while Hunter “BabyJ” Schline recently joined 100 Thieves.

The new FaZe team will have a chance to secure a spot in the Stage One Closed Qualifier, competing against other notable teams like Cloud9, Sentinels, 100 Thieves, and Envy. The first Open Qualifier will conclude on January 30th, with teams battling for one of the four spots in the Closed Qualifier.

Reports suggest that FaZe is also set to sign a VALORANT academy roster, potentially bringing in more high-profile players to the organization in the near future.
