FaZe Clan Allegedly Plans to Build New VALORANT Roster with babybay as Key Player

FaZe Clan Rebuilds VALORANT Roster for 2022

FaZe Clan is making major changes to its VALORANT roster for the upcoming year. The organization is currently conducting player trials to create a new lineup centered around Jett main Andrej “babybay” Francisty, as reported by Upcomer’s George Geddes.

According to Upcomer, FaZe Clan has been testing out several players alongside babybay in recent weeks:

  • Andrew “ShoT_UP” Orlowski (Immortals)
  • Diondre “YaBoiDre” Bond (former Luminosity Gaming)
  • Jake “POACH” Brumleve (Build By Gamers, former Andbox)
  • Dajon “chase” Lopez (Ghost)

As of now, none of these players have officially joined FaZe Clan. The team is expected to trial more players in the near future.

Currently, the FaZe VALORANT active roster consists of babybay, Corey Nigra, and Zachary “ZachaREEE” Lombardo. However, Corey has been signed to the TSM roster, as reported by VLR, while ZachaREEE is exploring other opportunities, according to Upcomer. Previously, FaZe and BabyJ parted ways on Nov. 2, and Rawkus left for the Sentinels coaching job less than a week later.

The new FaZe roster will be led by coach Josh “jdm64” Marzano, an experienced NA CS:GO veteran who joined FaZe as a coach in late September.
