Man I Love Fwogs Announces Roster for VCT Game Changers Tournament
The orgless team, Man I Love Fwogs, has officially set its roster for the first VCT Game Changers tournament of 2022, which begins today.
The roster for the tournament was announced earlier today and includes core members dnos, melJ, and dip, as well as three subs, cch0, clefairy, and jasprrx. Soup will be coaching the team. After the tournament concludes, the team hopes to solidify its roster with more permanent members.
The Man I Love Fwogs team has gained popularity within the Game Changers community due to their adorable frog logo and dedicated players. In their first match, they will be facing off against Team X, who are seeded 16th. Man I Love Fwogs are seeded 17th in the tournament.
The competition will feature 32 teams in a swiss-elimination format, followed by a 16-team double-elimination bracket. The upper bracket quarterfinals and lower bracket quarterfinals will not be played. The tournament will conclude once the top four teams are determined. All of the matches played during the tournament will be best-of-three series.
The top eight teams from the qualifiers will advance to the main event, which will take place from April 7 to 11. These teams will compete for a total prize pool of $50,000. Cloud9 White was the dominant team in the previous year, and other squads will be looking to dethrone them and become the champions of the first VCT Game Changers NA tournament of 2022.
