Familiar Face Joins Sentinels as Substitute, Shaking Up 2024 VALORANT Offseason

Sentinels Adds Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro as a Substitute

Sentinels, one of the top VALORANT teams, has announced the addition of Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro to their roster as a substitute player. With his flexible playstyle and extensive agent pool, Zellsis will be available to fill in for any member of the starting roster if needed.

Zellsis’ Return to Sentinels

Zellsis had a previous stint with Sentinels when he joined the team for the 2022 North American LCQ. Alongside popular streamer and former CS:GO pro shroud, they teamed up with TenZ, ShahZaM, and dapr. Despite their efforts, they were eliminated from the tournament by The Guard and eventual winners 100 Thieves.

Change in 2024 Season

Looking ahead to the 2024 season, Sentinels is expected to start with TenZ, zekken, Sacy, pANcada, and johnqt. Zellsis will serve as their substitute player. It’s worth noting that many teams may move away from using substitutes this year due to reduced player spending and Riot’s decision to no longer require six players on each roster.
