Exploitable VALORANT glitch enables Sage’s wall placement on Killjoy’s turrets for unexpected boost points

VALORANT Glitch: Sage’s Barrier Can Be Placed on Killjoy’s Turret

Once again, a new glitch has been discovered in VALORANT involving Killjoy’s turret. Players have found that Sage can place her barriers on top of the turrets, creating powerful boost spots on any map.

This glitch is similar to the previous Reyna glitch, where abilities could be placed on her Leer orb. With Sage’s wall stacked on top of Killjoy’s turret, defenders are able to take advantage of tall angles and windows on maps like Ascent.

In this clip, a player is boosted on A Heaven on Ascent, providing a clear view over the tall wall and onto the site. Caught off guard, the enemy team falls victim to his surprise attack.

Another defender-sided boost allows players to look through the windows on the B site of Ascent. This gives defenders a strategic advantage, as they can observe the attacker’s staging area and easily take down multiple enemies.

This boost can also surprise enemies on other maps, providing a unique high angle advantage. By shooting down at opponents, players have a higher chance of landing headshots and securing kill streaks.

As Riot Games has patched out similar glitches in the past, players can expect this exploit to be addressed in a future patch. While Patch 1.06 was released five days ago, Riot may release a hotfix specifically targeting this interaction.
