VALORANT Introduces New Skin Bundle for LOCK//IN Tournament
The developer of VALORANT is set to release a new skin bundle to celebrate the upcoming LOCK//IN tournament. Riot Games revealed the LOCK//IN capsule, which includes a melee weapon called the Misericórdia, regional-themed cards, and a VAMOS! spray.
Availability and Exclusivity
The LOCK//IN capsule will be available for purchase in VALORANT from Feb. 8 to March 7. It will not be sold in the store or future night markets, making it a limited-time offer that players won’t want to miss out on!
Revenue Distribution
Riot Games has announced that the revenue generated from the bundle will be split equally between Riot and the 30 teams participating in the LOCK//IN tournament. This ensures that both the developer and the teams benefit from this exciting release.
Misericórdia Melee Variants
The Misericórdia melee weapon will be available in four different variants, each representing a specific region. The green variant represents the Americas region, the blue variant represents the Pacific region, the purple variant represents the EMEA region, and the red variant represents the VALORANT Champions Tour colorway.
Unique Animation and Design
The upgraded Misericórdia melee features an animation similar to the Xenohunter knife, with a stunning glow along the middle of the blade. The weapon has a slender body and a sharp blade, resembling a Stiletto knife. A special feature of the Misericórdia is the illuminated VCT logo on the handle, which lights up when the weapon is upgraded.

The LOCK//IN capsule is a celebration of the upcoming LOCK//IN tournament, which marks the start of the 2023 VCT season. The tournament will take place in São Paulo and will feature all 30 partnered teams from the Americas, EMEA, and Pacific regions, as selected by Riot Games.
