EUnited has officially entered the VALORANT scene with the acquisition of the former Team Serenity roster. Joseph “TurnUp” Sicre, Tanner “Scourge” Klages, Antonio “Showtime” Angotti, Ryan “Eazy” Matthews, and Joseph Rivera are now part of eUnited.

On the same day, Riot announced significant updates for the VALORANT esports scene. The starting dates for Challengers events across most regions were revealed, including open qualifiers.
VALORANT Champions Tour: Breaking the Regional Barrier
For the first time, the Champions Tour will break the regional barrier in the VALORANT esports scene. This international competition will allow teams to advance from Challengers to Masters and, if they qualify, the Champions event.
Competition in VALORANT has been region locked due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Champions Tour offers an opportunity for teams to compete on a global level.
