EU Valorant Champions Tour Stage 3 Challengers 1 Closed Qualifier: Latest Scores, Standings, and Results

Exciting News for European VALORANT Teams in Champions Tour

The VALORANT Champions Tour is nearing its final phase of the year, with European teams having more opportunities to secure Masters slots. In the upcoming Masters Three Berlin, 12 teams from the EMEA region will compete for four spots, with six of those teams representing Europe.

In the previous Masters Two, only two EMEA slots were available for European, Turkish, and CIS teams. However, this time, the number of slots has increased, giving European teams more chances to qualify.

Challengers One is especially crucial for European teams, as it determines four out of the six Europe spots. Unlike previous stages, Europe is using an open and closed qualifier system for Challengers One. Eight teams have received direct invitations to participate in the closed qualifier based on their performances in Stage Two. Another eight teams will join the closed qualifier through the open qualifier.

During the closed qualifier, eight teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket. The top eight teams from the closed qualifier will then advance to the main event. Unlike North American qualifiers, the bracket for European teams ends once the teams have qualified. The main event will feature its own double-elimination bracket, with the top four teams securing a spot in the EMEA Challengers Finals.

The open qualifiers kick off on June 28, followed by the closed qualifier on June 30. Some of the matches will be streamed on the official VALORANT Twitch channel, as well as the VALORANT EU Esports Twitch channel and various community streams.

Participating Teams

The invited teams for Challengers One include Fnatic, Team Liquid, FunPlus Phoenix, Acend, Guild Esports, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Team BDS, and Team Vitality. Additionally, eight more teams have qualified through an extensive open qualifier:

  • G2 Esports
  • Alliance
  • Wave Esports
  • Rix.GG Thunder
  • BIG
  • Team Finest
  • TENSTAR
  • BK ROG Esports

Fnatic, Liquid, FPX, and Guild were among the teams that reached the EMEA Challengers Finals in Stage Two. Fnatic even advanced to the grand finals in Masters Two Reykjavík.

All matches will be played on the latest patch, 3.0, but the new agent KAY/O will be disabled.
