New VALORANT Agent: “Harbor” Trailer Leaked Ahead of Schedule
A leak on Twitter has revealed the trailer for the new VALORANT agent, “Harbor,” before Riot Games had the chance to release it on YouTube. The leak quickly spread across the internet, causing the original release date of October 13 to be dropped.
Harbor’s abilities include creating bullet-deflecting walls or spheres, as rumored on Reddit. Although not fully explored yet, the internet is eager to discover more about Harbor’s unique orb.
In the leaked three-and-a-half-minute trailer, Harbor, the 21st agent in the game, embarks on a journey in the streets of Delhi before encountering Brimstone and stealing an ancient relic.
It appears that this relic grants Harbor the abilities he will showcase in VALORANT.
The leaked trailer provides a glimpse of Harbor’s abilities, but leaves fans with unanswered questions.
The full Harbor trailer was posted on ValorLeaks’ Twitter account, giving the gaming world the opportunity to see it.
Now, fans are eagerly anticipating news about the 5v5 tournament mode that Riot devs hinted at over a year ago. There are rumors that it could be released alongside Harbor or as Episode 5, Act 3 concludes.
The world of VALORANT continues to evolve with new additions, and fans are excited to see how this will impact the meta once Harbor is live.
Update Oct. 11, 9.59pm CT: Riot has now officially released the trailer.
“Welcome to the team, Harbor. Hailing from the coast of India, this new Controller Agent commands a mix of tide and torrent to shield allies and pummel opponents,” wrote Riot on YouTube. “Made in partnership with Lightfarm Studios.”
The officially released trailer, titled “TURN THE TIDES,” is the same as the leaked video.
