Dr Disrespect acknowledges his lack of skill in VALORANT

Dr Disrespect Expresses Doubts About VALORANT as a Spectator Game

Popular content creator, Dr Disrespect, known for his confidence in the gaming industry, recently shared his doubts about whether Riot’s new first-person shooter, VALORANT, would be an enjoyable game to watch on Twitch. Despite his reservations, he made sure to clarify his own skill level in the game when discussing his thoughts with his audience.

Dr Disrespect openly admitted, “Let me go ahead and clarify before, yes, we’re not at a high level in this game right now. We’re terrible. We’re going negative every game. Map knowledge, which is very key, I have none of it. The abilities are throwing me off. All the hot keys and stuff. My aim sense and everything… and I don’t have that much Counter-Strike experience.”

According to Sullygnome.com, Dr Disrespect has accumulated nearly nine million hours watched in the past 90 days with an average of 24,710 viewers. Much of his viewership is from playing Call of Duty: Warzone and Escape from Tarkov.

While it would be unusual for Dr Disrespect to not participate in VALORANT‘s beta release, he has expressed a lack of comfort with the game so far, unlike other streamers such as Summit1g and TimTheTatman, who have backgrounds in CS:GO.

Currently, Dr Disrespect’s viewership hovers around 30,000 viewers, which is considerably lower than Tim and Summit, who often reach over 100,000 and 200,000 viewers respectively.

Dr Disrespect stated, “I don’t think this game is going to be fun to watch from a Twitch standpoint. That’s all.” However, he also mentioned that he is still trying to get a feel for the game before making any final judgments. Based on his body language during his recent streams, it seems possible that Dr Disrespect may not become a regular player of VALORANT once the game is fully released.
