Need Whitelisted Account to Access VALORANT Beta
Although both the beta client and anti-cheat programs can be downloaded, players cannot log in to the game without their Riot Games account being whitelisted by the company. Therefore, there is no way to access the beta early.
Impressions from Media Event and Release Date
According to esports journalist Rod “Slasher” Breslau, the media event for VALORANT went well and early impressions of the game were extremely positive. Riot is set to release embargoed footage of the game on April 3, as hinted by a small text box on the VALORANT website. This suggests that the closed beta will be launched sooner than anticipated.

Fans can expect to see gameplay footage from Riot and creators present at the media showcase in the coming week. While there is currently no access to the VALORANT beta, more information about registration dates is expected to be released soon.
