Disguised VALORANT is looking for one more player, but Toast is running out of options

Disguised Parts Ways with VALORANT Player XXiF

Disguised, a prominent esports team, has recently separated from its VALORANT player, Damion “XXiF” Cook. This decision leaves the team with only yay and three other players. Finding a replacement might be a challenge as there aren’t many available pros at the moment.

Team Turtle Troop Loses Players to FaZe Clan

Disguised could potentially recruit players from Turtle Troop, as they are currently free agents after their deal with xQc fell through. However, there are reports that two of Turtle Troop’s best players, Tanner “TiGG” Spanu and Anthony “mummAy” DiPaolo, are joining FaZe Clan, according to independent journalist Max Katz.

Max Katz also reported that Turtle Troop will replace TiGG and mummAy with Daniel “Rossy” Abedrabbo and Will “dazzLe” Loafman, further narrowing the pool of available players for Disguised.

Potential Replacements for Disguised

Although Disguised is considered one of the top teams in Challengers, securing a fifth player is essential. Most skilled players are committed to VCT Americas or are already part of other solid projects in Challengers. However, there are still a couple of free agent options available:

  1. William “Will” Cheng: Previously with 100 Thieves, he has more experience than the average Challengers player and currently serves as a substitute for MAD Lions.
  2. Zander “thwifo” Kim: He has been an unrestricted free agent since parting ways with NRG in March and has previous experience playing under the T1 banner with steel.

No Streamers or Inexperienced Players for Disguised

It seems that Disguised is not interested in signing streamers or players with less experience at this time. Stewie2K, a former professional CS:GO player, revealed that he trialed with Disguised alongside yay but did not make the cut.

Despite this, fans are excited for the upcoming matches as Disguised recently signed yay for the entire second split. Their first game is against Oxygen Esports on Thursday, April 20.
