Cypher camera exploit leads to Acend’s victory over Vivo Keyd at VALORANT Champions

Vivo Keyd emerges victorious against Acend, proving their worth in VALORANT Champions

In an exciting three-game series in Group A of VALORANT Champions, Vivo Keyd emerged victorious against Acend, dispelling any notion that EU and NA regions are the only dominant forces in the competition.

Vivo Keyd started strong on Icebox, securing an early lead with four round wins. Their remarkable performance included a 4K from murizzz in the pistol round and a beautiful shot by Heat with the Operator in round four.

Although Acend managed to rally in the second half of the first game, winning six rounds to even the score at 6-6, Vivo Keyd remained dominant on offense and won the next six rounds. Mwerza showcased his skills with a 4K in round 18, defending the planted Spike through Viper’s smoke.

In a bid to turn the tides, Acend attempted to halt the momentum in round 21, successfully defusing the Spike. However, Vivo Keyd’s Heat stepped up in an incredible one-vs-two situation in round 22, sealing the victory for his team. Vivo Keyd emerged triumphant on Icebox with a score of 13-9.

Acend dominates on Bind to even the series

On Bind, a different narrative unfolded as Acend showcased their dominance. They chose the map and only conceded three rounds in the first half on offense. Zeek’s impressive 4K in round seven solidified Acend’s performance. Vivo Keyd managed to secure the final two rounds, but Acend proved to be an impenetrable wall on defense, not dropping a single round in the second half. Acend won Bind with a commanding score of 13-3.

Decisive victory for Vivo Keyd on Breeze

The final map of the series, Breeze, was a battleground for both teams. Vivo Keyd claimed the first two rounds in the first half, but Acend quickly retaliated with three consecutive round victories. However, everything changed when Vivo Keyd’s mwerza executed a one-vs-three clutch to protect the Spike in round six. This marked the beginning of a dominating five-round winning streak for Vivo Keyd, leaving Acend with just one more round victory in the first half.

Vivo Keyd carried their momentum into the second half, winning the first two rounds as Acend struggled to find their footing on offense. Although Acend managed to secure three consecutive rounds, bringing the score to 8-12, Vivo Keyd closed out the series in round 21.
