Cloud9 Blue and Rise compete in the NA LCQ grand finals for the final Champions spot

CLOUD9 BLUE AND RISE SET TO FACE OFF IN VALORANT CHAMPIONS TOUR NA LCQ GRAND FINALS

Cloud9 Blue and Rise will meet in the grand finals of the VALORANT Champions Tour NA LCQ. The winner of this best-of-five series will secure the last of 16 spots at VCT Champions.

TIGHT BATTLE ON ICEBOX

The match started on Icebox, with Cloud9 and Rise fighting for a spot in the grand finals. Cloud9 put up a strong fight, but 100T took an 8-4 lead into their defensive half.

Despite Cloud9’s impressive start on their attack side, 100T made a comeback and sent the map to overtime. In the end, 100T survived the Cloud9 comeback attempt and won the map 14-12. Asuna and Xeppaa led their teams with 30 and 26 kills respectively.

CLOUD9 DOMINATES ON HAVEN

Cloud9 dominated on their own map pick of Haven, taking an early lead with four straight rounds on the attack. 100T managed to make a comeback, but Cloud9 held on and the map ended in a 13-9 win for Cloud9.

DECIDING MAP: BREEZE

The series went to a deciding map, Breeze. Cloud9 had a strong start, taking an 8-4 lead into half-time. They continued their dominance in the second half, winning the pistol round and extending their lead to 11-4 before the first full buy round. In the end, Cloud9 secured a 13-5 victory and the series win.

THE ULTIMATE SHOWDOWN: CLOUD9 BLUE VS. RISE

This will be the second time Cloud9 Blue and Rise face off in a series. Rise won the first encounter in a three-map series. Now, they will battle it out in a five-map series for the last remaining spot at Champions.
