100 Thieves Seek General Manager for VALORANT Roster

100 Thieves Seeking VALORANT General Manager

North American esports organization, 100 Thieves, is actively looking for candidates to fill the position of General Manager for its VALORANT team, as per multiple sources. This move comes as the organization aims to strengthen its presence in the rapidly growing esports scene.

Former Commentator DDK Considered for the Role

One of the potential candidates being discussed internally is Daniel “ddk” Kapadia, a well-known former commentator in the VALORANT community. However, Kapadia recently retired from commentating due to a disagreement with Riot Games, one of the contributing factors behind his decision.

VALORANT Champions Tour Masters Event Exclusion

ddk confirmed on March 19th that he will not be part of the commentary team for the upcoming VALORANT Champions Tour Masters event in Reykjavík, Iceland. Despite this, he will continue to cast the NA VCT Stage One Challengers Playoffs and Game Changers, showcasing his expertise in the VALORANT esports scene.

100 Thieves’ Recent Performance and Future Plans

100 Thieves recently faced disappointment in the NA VCT Stage One Challengers, finishing with a 1-4 record in Group A and failing to qualify for the playoff stage. However, the team remains determined and will compete in the second stage of VCT Challengers, set to begin on May 5th.
