Apex Legends Introduces New Limited-Time Modes for Season 20
The popular battle royale game, Apex Legends, is expanding its collection of limited-time modes in season 20. Alongside the return of the fan favorite, Three Strikes, two new modes are set to join the rotation.
LTMs: More Than Just a Remix
According to lead battle royale designer, Josh Mohan, the limited-time modes in Apex Legends offer more than just a simple remix of the gameplay. These modes serve as an experimental ground for Respawn Entertainment, allowing them to test out new ideas that could potentially influence permanent changes in the game or make it more accessible for new players. Mohan also hinted that more modes can be expected in 2024, with the goal of making it easier for players to jump into Apex Legends.
