XQc discusses the status of the OTV and Friends Rust server

Large Teams in Rust

xQc, a member of the Offline TV and Friends Rust server, recently shared his thoughts on the presence of large teams in the game.

In a stream, xQc explained that because each player in his group has friends to protect, the gameplay is leaning more towards a PvE (Player vs Environment) experience.

According to xQc, “Everybody has friends and now we can’t kill anybody.”

Preference for Role-Playing

The server currently consists of over 50 different streamers, each divided into their own teams. It seems that most players are more interested in the role-playing aspect rather than the combat-oriented playstyle of streamers like xQc and his “Team Rocket.”

Truce and Cooperation

Because of this, even xQc himself has formed a truce with an opposing team. Sykkuno, a fellow streamer, generously provided xQc with supplies when he needed them the most, leading to the truce.

Initially, the truce was between xQc and Sykkuno. However, after xQc mistakenly attacked the rest of Sykkuno’s team, he decided to leave the entire team alone.
