XQc criticizes Spanish streamers for threatening to withdraw from Twitch Rivals Rust event

Popular Twitch Streamer xQc Criticizes Spanish and Latin American Streamers in Twitch Rivals Event

Twitch Rival’s recent two-day Rust Team Battle event brought together streamers from North America and Spain/LATAM regions. The event involved collecting resources, cash, and dog tags to earn points. However, the event faced criticism from Spanish streamers, who expressed their discontent and even threatened to forfeit the event after just one day.

In an April 15 livestream, xQc shared his strong opinion on the matter, stating that the Spanish streamers could have utilized their prime time when the North American streamers were asleep to gather materials and loot, strategizing for a successful raid on their base during the final hours of the event.

xQc criticized the Spanish streamers for taking their complaints to Twitter, Twitch Rivals admins, chat, and even discussing quitting the event in meetings. He referred to them as “crybabies” and questioned their upbringing.

Despite the controversies and challenges faced throughout the event, Team North America emerged victorious. xQc played a significant role in his team’s success, and his involvement in the Twitch conflict between North America and Spain further added to the event’s drama. It remains to be seen when Twitch Rivals will return to Rust following the event’s tumultuous outcome.
