The World of Warcraft Arena World Championship Finals: Battle for Azeroth

This weekend, the World of Warcraft Arena World Championship will come to an exciting conclusion. Four teams from North America and four teams from Europe will compete for the title of world champion and a piece of the $100,000 prize pool in the current expansion, Battle for Azeroth.

In August, eight teams from Europe and North America battled it out in a round-robin format over four weeks to secure a top-four standing. Now, the best teams from around the world have advanced to the remote final AWC happening this weekend.

Wildcard Gaming and XSET are considered the frontrunners to win it all after their dominant performance in the round-robin stage in Europe. Both teams finished with an impressive 6-1 record.

In North America, Cloud9 is the absolute favorite to win the tournament. Their strong performance and unbeatable tactics make them a formidable force. Like the European teams, Cloud9 finished the round-robin stage in first place with a 6-1 record.

For those interested in watching the finals, there will be five regional streams on YouTube available in different languages. Tune in at 12pm CT on Saturday, Sept. 26 to witness the intense action from the European Championship, and at 12pm CT on Sunday, Sept. 27 to discover the winner of the North American Championship.
