YouTube Rewind Rebrands as YouTube Escape for 2021
A lot can happen in a year. From trends to memes to challenges, it’s hard to keep track of them all. Luckily, YouTube Rewind has been highlighting the best moments, memes, trends, and content creators since 2010.
However, due to the pandemic, YouTube Rewind took a break in 2020. But now, it’s making a comeback with a new name and format.
Introducing YouTube Escape
YouTube Escape, the second season of the Rewind series, will be a 24-hour, three-chapter-long interactive livestream. This new approach brings an exciting and unpredictable experience for fans.
When to Watch YouTube Escape 2021
The first chapter of YouTube Escape 2021 will go live on December 15th at 11pm CT. But if you miss it, don’t worry! There will be two more chapters.
The second chapter will kick off on December 16th at 11am CT, followed by the third chapter at 6pm CT. While there’s a chance that YouTube Escape 2021 may later be available as a regular video, with the interactive features missing, many content creators are expected to record the event.
