Tyler1 reaches Challenger rank in League of Legends focusing solely on top lane

Popular League of Legends Streamer Tyler1 Reaches Challenger Rank in Nail-Biting Victory

Renowned League of Legends streamer Tyler1 has achieved his goal of reaching Challenger rank after an intense final victory, following eight months of dedicated effort.

Tyler1’s Final Victory Playing Urgot

Tyler1’s final victory came while playing Urgot in a closely contested game. His team managed to secure a couple of kills, infiltrate the enemy base, and take down the Nexus after approximately 40 minutes.

Tyler1’s Journey to Challenger

After the win, Tyler1 gained 17 LP, bringing his total in Grandmaster to 645. This should place him among the top 300 players in North America when the rankings update in a few hours.

Tyler1 had previously attempted to reach Challenger in season 10, playing top lane. However, he fell short of his goal. Now in season 11, he has once again set his sights on Challenger, this time playing mid lane.

Tyler1’s Achievement Across Different Roles

In season 10, Tyler1 achieved Challenger rank while playing jungle for the first time. He claims this took around six months, with two months played off stream. Previously, he had reached Challenger playing ADC, which is the role he is most well-known for.

With Tyler1’s success in multiple roles, he now only has mid and support left to conquer. It seems inevitable that he will achieve this feat and become a force to be reckoned with in every role on the Rift.
