Twitch Lifts Ban on PaymoneyWubby

Streamer PaymoneyWubby’s Twitch Ban Lifted after Five Days

Popular Twitch streamer PaymoneyWubby had his 14-day ban on the platform lifted after just five days, much to the delight of his fans. However, they will have to wait until tomorrow to catch his first stream since the ban was lifted. PaymoneyWubby announced that he will be providing updates about the unban in a stream on Friday, November 22, at around 4pm CT.

The ban was initially imposed on PaymoneyWubby for “invading the privacy of others” during a livestream on November 16. Twitch support issued a community guideline strike, resulting in a restriction of his Twitch services for two weeks.

The incident occurred when PaymoneyWubby streamed his visit to a restaurant and filmed others inside without their consent. Although he claimed to have obtained permission from the manager to stream inside the establishment, Twitch was not aware of this and banned his account.

Expressing frustration at the lack of information gathered by Twitch, PaymoneyWubby tweeted, “holy shit Twitch Support please fact check before pulling the trigger…”

PaymoneyWubby’s return to streaming is eagerly anticipated by his fans. The popular Twitch streamer boasts over 190,000 followers and two million channel views, according to SocialBlade.

If PaymoneyWubby violates Twitch’s guidelines again, it could result in a longer ban. Subsequent offenses may lead to a 30-day suspension. However, since his ban was cut short this time, he may have this strike removed.
