Stream conversation: TimTheTatman chats with Ashes of Creation’s Steven Sharif

Introducing a New MMO Game: Ashes of Creation

There’s an exciting new massively multiplayer online (MMO) game in development that is generating a lot of buzz. Despite being in the early stages of alpha testing, Ashes of Creation has already caught the attention of TimTheTatman, who spoke to one of the game developers during a recent stream.

The creative director of Intrepid Studios, the company behind Ashes of Creation, has been making appearances on various streams to promote the game. In fact, he even hosted his own Ask Me Anything (AMA) session a few days ago.

TimTheTatman is primarily known for his content creation as a shooting game and battle royale player. However, he has a deep passion for immersive MMO games, even though they may not be the best fit for his stream’s viewership.

As a casual World of Warcraft player with plenty of experience, TimTheTatman represents the typical gamer who enjoys MMOs without getting too caught up in min-maxing and optimization.

During one of his recent streams, TimTheTatman exchanged direct messages with Sharif during the “Just Chatting” segment. Sharif then suggested that he could join the stream to discuss Ashes of Creation live.

Over the course of an hour, TimTheTatman asked Sharif a series of questions that any casual fan would want to know. And by the end of the conversation, it was clear that Tim is eager to try out this game.

TimTheTatman said, “I know many of you are into Fortnite and Warzone, but please just watch me play this game. I don’t want to hear any complaints in the future. Trust me, this game looks amazing.”

Sharif also provided TimTheTatman with video clips of Ashes of Creation gameplay to showcase during the interview.

While there wasn’t much new information revealed about the game, having TimTheTatman’s channel reach an audience that isn’t heavily focused on MMO gameplay was valuable for Sharif’s promotional efforts.

According to Twitch statistics website SullyGnome, during the one hour and 15 minute Ashes of Creation segment of his stream, TimTheTatman had an average of 37,173 viewers and reached a peak of 39,115 viewers. These numbers were almost identical to his viewership while playing Warzone later in the stream.
