Sodapoppin’s Brutal Comment about San Diego Event Shocks TwitchCon Hosts on Live Broadcast

Twitch Streamer Sodapoppin Speaks His Mind at TwitchCon Ultimate Challenge Gauntlet

Twitch streamer Chance “Sodapoppin” Morris, a co-owner of One True King, continues to be his outspoken self, much to the delight of his fans.

Last Sunday, Oct. 9, Sodapoppin took part in the TwitchCon San Diego Ultimate Challenge Gauntlet alongside fellow streaming star Nick “Nmplol” Polom. The event involved a series of IRL challenges.

However, Sodapoppin wasn’t particularly thrilled about it, and he didn’t hesitate to express his feelings to the host.

When asked why his opponents, Jeremy “DisguisedToast” Wang and Albert “BoxBox” Zheng, seemed “crestfallen” when DisguisedToast drew Sodapoppin’s name, he gave an honest reply instead of boasting about their skills.

“I think he feels bad because he knows, you know, me and Nick really don’t want to be here. So, we’re just doing the utmost we can,” Sodapoppin said.

The host appeared surprised by Sodapoppin’s response.

Nmplol stepped in to lighten the mood, saying, “It’s not that we don’t want to be here. It’s that we’re not skilled enough. I’ve never played Jenga before. That was my first paper airplane. I’m very sheltered.”

Nmplol’s response aligned more with the host’s expectations, allowing him to engage the crowd.

Meanwhile, Sodapoppin looked around with a menacing smile.

Unsurprisingly, his fans had a good laugh about it on social media.
