NIJISANJI EN terminates contract with Vtuber Selen Tatsuki amidst controversy
The VTuber community is no stranger to drama, and the latest development in the ongoing NIJISANJI missteps saga has reached a new level. The English division of the company has decided to terminate the contract of “Liver” Selen Tatsuki, leading to an intense backlash from the community.
Selen joined NIJISANJI EN as part of the second wave of VTuber talents in July 2021. She quickly gained a following through her streaming activities and organizing various events such as tournaments and art contests. However, after two and a half years, her contract with NIJISANJI’s parent company ANYCOLOR has been terminated due to “repeated breaches of contract and misleading statements on social platforms.” This decision comes after more than a month of silence from NIJISANJI and no updates regarding Selen’s situation.
