The Exciting Launch of MCC Rising: A Platform for Up-and-Coming Minecraft Streamers
The highly anticipated MCC Rising, which is an expanded version of the Minecraft Championships (MCC) series, is just around the corner. This event provides a platform for aspiring Minecraft streamers who submitted applications to compete.
On October 2, the event will finally kick off with 10 teams and a total of 40 players battling it out for the coveted title of MCC Rising Champion and an official MCC winner’s coin.
Unlike the main MCC events, the focus of MCC Rising is to showcase creators of all sizes. Noxcrew, the organizer, did not impose strict subscription or viewer-based requirements. Instead, they prioritized availability and fun personalities when selecting the teams. The teams were formed by the players themselves and were chosen based on their submission videos.
MCC Rising will follow the same format as the main MCC events, with the 10 teams competing in eight different mini-games to earn coins. The teams with the most coins at the end of these eight events will then face off in one final showdown to determine the MCC Rising title.
Mark your calendars for October 2 at 2pm CT, as that’s when MCC Rising will take place. Get ready to witness an exciting competition among these talented teams. To get a glimpse of the action, check out the team videos they submitted as applications to Noxcrew:
