Twitch to Host Summer Camp-Themed Streamer Event
Twitch is gearing up for another major streamer event later this month, following the success of the June Twitchcon parody. This time, it’s taking on a summer camp vibe.
Streamer QTCinderella announced “Shitcamp” is set to take place on September 26, bringing together some of Twitch’s biggest names for four days of non-stop content. The lineup includes Ludwig, xQc, Sodapoppin, Myth, Mizkif, and many other popular Twitch stars.
The announcement not only features a video showcasing footage from “Shitcon” in June but also a catchy tune created specifically for this upcoming event. As a summer camp-themed event, participants can expect a wide range of camp activities that will keep them entertained and create some of the most hilarious moments of the trip.
In addition to the event announcement, there is also news of Shitcamp merchandise that will be available for purchase. Although the merchandise range is not currently live, it will be accessible through the event’s online store.
The previous Shitcon event had a significant impact on Twitch, and it’s safe to assume that Shitcamp will once again dominate the platform in late September.
