Jacksepticeye, a prominent YouTuber known for his critical stance towards the platform, condemned YouTube’s response, calling it “dumb.” Over 45,000 fans endorsed his tweet, commending him for being the first major YouTuber to speak out against the incident.
YouTube’s Failure to Uphold Its Policies
ZackJames, another influential YouTuber, criticized YouTube for being “tone-deaf” in their response and urged the platform to enforce its terms of service. He implied that SSSniperwolf should be banned, as YouTube’s harassment and cyberbullying policies clearly prohibit actions like doxxing.
