Popular esports organization collaborates with Disguised Toast for a fresh talk show venture

Streamer Disguised Toast to Host New Talk Show with Team Liquid

Popular streamer Jeremy “Disguised Toast” Wang has partnered with esports organization Team Liquid to host a new talk show called “Two People Talking.” The announcement was made today.

Collaboration with Alienware

Team Liquid, in collaboration with partner Alienware, will debut the talk show. Disguised Toast will serve as the host for this five-episode series, where he will interview high-profile guests from the gaming and entertainment industry, as stated in a press release.

Liquid’s Expansion into Content Creation

This collaboration is part of Liquid’s ongoing efforts to create content and products that reach broader audiences. While Liquid is known for its competitive teams in games like League of Legends, Dota 2, and Super Smash Bros., they have been expanding into streaming, merch, and content creation.

Toast’s Unique Blend of Humor

Two People Talking will draw creative inspiration from Disguised Toast’s signature dry and playful humor. Each episode will be 20 to 30 minutes long and will feature a segment called “Toast Pop,” which lasts as long as it takes a slice of bread to toast.

The pilot episode will feature Offline TV creator Michael Reeves, along with comedic portions featuring Liquid’s Melee pro Juan “Hungrybox” DeBiedma. Future episodes will include interactions between Disguised Toast and Tricia “triciaisabirdy” Wang, as well as Sydney “Sydeon” Parker.

Disguised Toast expressed his surprise at the opportunity, stating, “I didn’t think something like this was possible. But Team Liquid and Alienware approached me with an offer and a set, and I thought, ‘Why not?’ I believe the show turned out really well—perfectly toasted, if you will. I hope you guys enjoy it.”

Disguised Toast is a gaming influencer with over 9 million followers across various platforms like Twitch, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Initially known for playing Hearthstone, he is now recognized for playing Among Us with popular content creators like Imane “Pokimane” Anys and other Offline TV members.

Two People Talking will be released bi-weekly, starting on Monday, November 28, and will continue until January 2023. The show will be available on Liquid’s YouTube channel.
