Pokimane hints at quitting Rust unless an RP/PvE server is established

Pokimane Considers Leaving Rust Server Amid Drama

Popular Offline TV member Pokimane has expressed her desire to step away from the group’s Rust server after recent conflicts.

Moving on to VALORANT or Chess

In a recent statement, Pokimane revealed that she might shift her focus to playing VALORANT or chess instead of continuing with the highly popular Rust streamer server. However, she did mention that she would reconsider if a new role-play or PvE server was created.

Seeking a Less Combat-Driven Server

Like many other content creators on the server, Pokimane voiced her preference for a server that offers a less intense Player vs. Player (PvP) experience, as the recent gameplay has become more of a war zone.

Debate on Combat Style

There is currently a divided opinion on the server’s combat style. While some streamers advocate for a more role-play (RP) or PvE-based server, others believe that PvP should remain a significant part of the gameplay.

Impressive Viewership and Numbers

The OTV and Friends streamer server has enjoyed immense success in terms of viewership, with many participants attracting a substantial audience. For instance, xQc garnered over 100,000 viewers in his most recent stream.

Possibility of a New Server

Despite the existing popularity, Valkyrae, the creator of the OTV and Friends server, hinted at the development of a new server with fewer participants. However, it remains unclear whether the new server would lean towards PvE or retain the PvP aspects that Valkyrae enjoys.
