OpTic Gaming welcomes CodeMiko, JustaMinx, and the Botez twins

Envy Acquires Former Envy Streamers, JustaMinx, CodeMiko, Andrea Botez, and Alexandra Botez

In a recent announcement, the Envy brand revealed that it will retire and focus solely on OpTic Gaming. As part of this transition, the veteran esports organization has officially acquired former Envy streamers JustaMinx, CodeMiko, Andrea Botez, and Alexandra Botez.

Merge Between Team Envy and OpTic Gaming

In late 2021, Team Envy merged with OpTic Gaming while maintaining dual branding. However, after just eight months, the organization decided to retire the Envy name and concentrate its resources on a single brand.

Streamers Join OpTic Gaming

Fans were unsure about the future of the players and content creators under the Envy name who did not immediately switch. However, it has now been announced that former Envy House streamers JustaMinx, CodeMiko, Alexandra Botez, and Andrea Botez will re-sign with OpTic Gaming, as shared on Twitter.

OpTic Gaming also welcomed the four Twitch broadcasters, with JustaMinx humorously asking, “am I cool now?” in her announcement. CodeMiko expressed excitement and gratitude for joining OpTic alongside her former Envy friends, referring to the group as the “OpTic girl band.” Andrea Botez sarcastically revealed plans for an album, while Alexandra Botez kept it short and sweet with an exclamation of “LFG!!”

Future Plans

There have been no official announcements regarding the plans for the OpTic group. However, if it’s anything like the Envy streaming house, fans can expect an eventful partnership.
