Myth’s Rust Event in the Works After Twitch Rivals Tournament

Disguised Toast’s Twitch Rivals Rust competition concludes with Toast’s team taking first place

The Twitch Rivals Rust competition organized by Disguised Toast came to a close two days ago, with Toast’s own team emerging as the winners. Shortly afterward, former Twitch streamer Myth announced his own Rust event and invited fellow broadcasters to join him on the server he plans to host in two months.

Myth, the former Twitch streamer, plans a Rust event after his move to YouTube

Myth, who spent over five years creating content on Twitch, surprised his fans last month by switching to YouTube. While the move has largely been successful for the 23-year-old, there have been downsides, such as being unable to participate in the recent Twitch Rivals event alongside his fellow streamers.

Twitch Rivals is an event exclusively for streamers on the Twitch platform. This meant that Myth was unable to join his friends in the latest competition. However, Myth is not simply accepting this situation and has announced his own upcoming Rust event, set to begin in two months, through a tweet on Twitter.

In his tweet, Myth said, “I’m doing my own Rust server/event and I’m writing down names for whitelist. Streamers, let me know if you’d be down. It would take place in roughly two months.”

The tweet has already gained significant attention within just a few hours. Notable streamers like 100 Thieves’ BrookeAB and Symfuhny, Cyr, Mendo, LuluLuvely, FaZe Ronaldo, and Nmplol have already expressed their interest in securing a spot on Myth’s upcoming Rust server.
