Mizkif expresses he will “never play [Among Us] again” following viewer critiques of his gameplay

Streamers Respond to Criticism of Their Among Us Skills

The popular game Among Us has gained significant viewership recently, attracting large streamers who are now competing against each other with varying levels of skill and commitment to the game.

While some streamers are taking the game seriously, others are playing more casually for fun with their friends. One of these casual streamers, Mizkif, recently responded to criticism from his chat about his skills in Among Us.

When someone in his chat told Mizkif that he needs to learn the game, Mizkif responded by suggesting that his channel may not be suitable for them.

“So you’re saying that I have to be constantly sweaty and listen to complaints just to enjoy myself?” Mizkif said. “Do I really need to master the game in order to have fun? Can’t I just relax and play with my friends?”

Mizkif then questioned what’s wrong with viewers who insist that he needs to improve at the game.

“What’s wrong with these viewers that I can’t simply sit here and play a few games with Lacari?” Mizkif said. “I don’t understand. If you prefer sweaty streamers, go watch them instead of me. Get out of here. It’s so annoying. You’re in the wrong place if you want someone screaming and yelling.”

Following this interaction, Mizkif announced that he will no longer play Among Us on stream. The harassment from viewers has discouraged him from continuing to play the game in the future.

“It was awful to see my chat behave that way, and it was even worse to see people come into the chat and essentially call me worthless because I didn’t complete a task or made a mistake or didn’t go the right way,” Mizkif said. “Those are the two reasons why I’ll never play that game again.”

Among Us has sparked intense arguments between players and caused many streamers to leave games due to differing levels of seriousness. However, the game remains a popular choice for many top streamers on the platform.
