Minecraft Championship (MCC) Pride 2021 Raises Over $300,000 for Charity

Minecraft Championship (MCC) Pride 2021 has concluded, marking a tremendous success for Noxcrew and the 41 players who participated in the two-hour event.

Impressive Fundraising and Finale

After an intense finale, where Aqua Axolotls emerged as the winners, and a thrilling 20-vs-20 Dodgebolt match to wrap up the charity event, MCC managed to raise over $300,000. The funds will be donated to Trevor Project, a leading organization dedicated to preventing suicide and providing crisis intervention for LGBTQ+ youth in the U.S.

YouTube Gaming’s Generous Contribution

Out of the total donation, $100,000 was contributed by YouTube Gaming, the event sponsor. The remaining amount was generously donated by viewers and participants over the course of two hours. Originally aiming for $200,000, MCC surpassed its target halfway through the event, showcasing the incredible support it received.

The Next Minecraft Championship

Now that Pride 2021 is over, attention turns towards Noxcrew’s next event, Minecraft Championship (MCC) 15. Although no official date has been announced yet, fans eagerly await further updates, including the participating teams.

Additionally, fans hope that Noxcrew continues hosting these smaller charity events alongside their main events, allowing other content creators to participate and showcase the best of the Minecraft community.

After all, the community eagerly anticipates the future involvement of popular creator Ranboo.
