LilyPichu’s decision to embrace YouTube: “I’d rather take a risk and flourish there.”

LilyPichu Explains Her Decision to Leave Twitch for YouTube

LilyPichu, a popular content creator, recently made her debut on YouTube and wasted no time in explaining why she decided to leave Twitch. During her livestream, she openly mentioned that money was a significant factor in her decision-making process. Lily felt that she wasn’t making progress on Twitch, so she decided to switch to YouTube where she can earn money.

Reconnecting with YouTube and Financial Stability

Lily mentioned that her move to YouTube felt like coming full circle because she initially started her career as a content creator on the platform. With the financial stability her new contract brings, she stated that it was an easy decision for her. She is excited to use her earnings to fund more music projects and even humorously suggested to YouTube to promote “comfi beats” in their algorithm to benefit her.

Pursuing Her Passion for Music and Consistency in Livestream Content

Lily expressed her excitement about being able to focus on music, which is her passion, due to her move to YouTube. She assured her audience that her livestream content on YouTube will remain the same, including playing games, talking, drawing, and playing piano.

No Bad Blood with Twitch

Unlike some content creators who left Twitch on negative terms, Lily has no ill feelings towards the platform. She mentioned that her departure from Twitch was amicable, with both sides parting ways on good terms.

The first stream on Lily’s YouTube channel lasted less than two hours, but she is currently in Japan with OfflineTV content creators for the next two weeks. She has planned an array of content on her channel, including “Gaming IRL at Joypolis” on July 14 and “Kaiseki Dinner in Kimono” on July 17.
