Latest WoW patch to bring increased difficulty to Torghast by Blizzard

Blizzard is making changes to Torghast, Tower of the Damned in the latest patch for World of Warcraft. The difficulty of floors two, four, and five will be increased, along with adjustments to Anima Powers for various classes.

In the upcoming patch, which will be implemented after the servers restart in North America, Blizzard is boosting the health and damage of enemies on these three floors.

Additionally, enemy health for healing specializations and enemy physical damage for tanking specializations will be increased, particularly targeting solo players. However, these changes will have a diminished effect when in a group.

Overall, these alterations to Torghast will result in a significantly more challenging dungeon experience, which will particularly impact players with lower gear levels.

Alongside the changes to Torghast, adjustments have been made to Anima Powers for the Venthyr and Night Fae Covenants, as well as the Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock, and Warrior classes. Some of these changes involve buffs, while others involve nerfs.

Here are the specific adjustments made to Torghast and Anima Powers:

Torghast, Tower of the Damned

– Enemy health increased for healer specializations and enemy physical damage increased for tank specializations, targeting solo players with reduced effectiveness in groups.
– Enemy health and damage increased on floors two, four, and five.
– Minor ability adjustments and health tuning for Dark Ascended Corrus, Warden Skoldus, and Cellblock Sentinel.
