Latest Twitch Ban for BruceDropEmOff Hints at Possible Transition to Kick Platform

BruceDropEmOff Faces Fourth Twitch Ban, Hinting at Possible Action

Popular streamer BruceDropEmOff received his fourth ban on Twitch today, and he hinted at taking some sort of action in response in a recent Twitter post. The former One True King (OTK) member retweeted a post by StreamerBans with the comment, “Oh y’all know what’s next.”

Possible Move to Kick Streaming Platform

Although BruceDropEmOff did not explicitly mention his future plans, he has previously suggested that he may leave Twitch due to disciplinary measures. Many online observers speculate that he might join other creators who have moved to the newer streaming platform Kick, known for its more relaxed rules enforcement. In fact, there is already a verified BruceDropEmOff channel on Kick, adding weight to these speculations.

Bruce’s Ban Reason Unclear

While Bruce has not disclosed the specific reason for his recent ban, a Twitter user responded to his tweet with a video of him using a racial slur during a recent stream. Although Bruce did not confirm whether this was the cause of his ban, he replied, “I would do it all over again.” This response suggests that he is unapologetic and unconcerned about the consequences of his actions.

Twitch’s Stance on Racial Slurs

The use of racial slurs with a hard “R” is strictly prohibited on Twitch, regardless of the user’s background. While there may be some leniency for racial slurs related to an individual’s ethnicity, Twitch made it clear in a 2020 Twitter post that the use of the hard “R” when saying the N-word is unacceptable on the platform.

Previous Issues with Twitch

Earlier this year, BruceDropEmOff received a month-long ban on Twitch for ban evasion. This occurred after he spoke out against harassment he was facing online during a stream on his alternate channel. When he attempted to switch back to his main channel, he was banned from streaming there as well.
