Kai Cenat and Adin Ross’ Controversial “Double Date” Stream Unveiled Deeper Issues

Streamers Kai Cenat and Adin Ross Show Insecurities in Misogynistic Stream

Popular streamers Kai Cenat and Adin Ross recently faced backlash for their misogynistic stream where they objectified women. However, this incident also exposed their own insecurities.

Transphobic Comments and Objectification

In a now-deleted clip that garnered about 100,000 views, Cenat and Ross made transphobic comments about a woman who was 6-foot-1-inches tall, misgendering her and mocking her deep voice.

A Display of Immaturity

The clip was part of a larger effort where the streamers brought women into a Discord video call to judge their attractiveness and potentially pursue a date. This behavior showcases the immaturity and need for personal growth in these creators.

Sexism and Lack of Manners

During the stream, Ross displayed overt sexism by addressing one of the women as “baby girl.” As they moved on to the next woman, Cenat and Ross pretended their computers froze instead of politely ending the call. This lack of manners was more entertaining to them than treating people with decency.

Throughout the interactions, Ross would ask Cenat if he wanted to take the role of “LeBron James or D-Wade” in their pursuit of the women. This question determined which streamer would be the wingman and who would try to impress the woman. The objectification continued as the duo attempted to see personal items in the women’s rooms, specifically focusing on their physical appearance.

When one woman caught onto their intentions, she mocked them, leading to a heated argument and Ross removing her from the call while using profanities.

Streaming Success and Lack of Recognition

Despite the problematic nature of their words and actions, it can be challenging for Cenat and Ross to recognize their mistakes when such behavior is rewarded. Both streamers have a significant following on Twitch, and this success partially stems from their controversial actions.

During the stream, Cenat had an average of just under 60,000 viewers over 7.5 hours, while Ross averaged a little more than 76,000 viewers over 6.33 hours, according to Streams Charts.
