John Cena reveals his interest in Twitch and NFTs

John Cena Expresses Interest in Twitch and NFTs, Teasing Possible Appearance

During a recent episode of the podcast Pardon My Take, professional wrestler and Hollywood star John Cena revealed that he is delving into the world of Twitch and NFTs, suggesting that he may soon make his mark in these areas.

Cena shared that while he actively uses Twitter and Instagram, he is now expanding his knowledge by exploring various Twitter users and their content. Specifically, he mentioned diving into the world of EDM dance culture, Non-Fungible Tokens, and Twitch streamers. According to Cena, this new venture is aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of these avenues, just as people may be unfamiliar with the WWE.

Cena, the 16-time WWE champion, emphasized the passion, fandom, and storytelling involved in these new areas of interest. Despite the surprise of many at the fact that Cena follows over 300,000 people on Twitter, he sees it as a way to constantly learn and broaden his horizons.

The wrestling icon manually follows 1,000 new users every day, admitting that it can be a less exciting task. However, Cena believes that the end result is worth it because it allows him to gain a broader understanding of various topics and hopefully build a community. He hopes that those who browse through the accounts he follows on Twitter will come across some of the messages he has sent.

Despite his roots in professional wrestling, Cena has recently expanded his career to include acting in movies and TV shows. His latest series, PEACEMAKER, is set to premiere on HBO Max on January 13. With his eagerness to explore new fields and industries, it remains uncertain if a Twitch appearance is imminent for Cena, but it is certainly not out of the realm of possibility.
