In a recent game of Warzone, popular streamers TimTheTatman and NickMERCS experienced a shocking turn of events.
The pair had just started a match and were focused on gathering supplies using a loadout drop. They noticed a helicopter flying overhead and assumed it was friendly, so they ignored it and continued looting.
When the supply drop landed, Tim invited the helicopter to join them and collect some loot. However, they soon realized that the helicopter’s pilot had different intentions. The helicopter crashed into a nearby building, instantly downing Nick. At the same time, another player sneaked up behind Tim and quickly eliminated their team with a surprise attack.
Shocked by what had just happened, the streamers reviewed the gameplay replay. They discovered that the player had abandoned the helicopter at the last moment to get into position behind Tim and execute a melee attack.
This was not the first time someone had managed to pull off such a surprise attack using a loadout drop, but this player executed it flawlessly, leaving the streamers with no chance to react.
