How to Get the Twitch Founders Badge in 2023
Want to get your hands on a rare Twitch Founders Badge? It’s not easy, but here’s how you can do it.
The Founders Badge, marked by a purple “1st” icon, is reserved for the first 10 Prime or paid subscribers to Affiliate channels, and the first 25 for Partner channels.
If you’re not in one of those categories, you’ll have to rely on Founders Badges being revoked from other users.
How to Revoke and Assign the Twitch Founders Badge in 2023
Streamers have the power to revoke Founders Badges from subscribers. By doing so, the next oldest subscriber in line becomes a Founder. Keep in mind that once a Founders Badge is revoked, it can’t be regained.
To remove a Founder, simply click on the trash can icon next to their info on the Founders Badge Holders page.
Though some fans and streamers have expressed dissatisfaction with the ability to revoke Founders Badges, streamers currently have the authority to do so.
