Instead of indulging in personal luxuries like many would, Kai Cenat decided to celebrate his achievement in a more meaningful way.
He chose to buy a house for his mom.
Turning a Childhood Dream into Reality
Kai Cenat fulfilled a lifelong goal by moving his family out of their previous neighborhood. At the young age of 20, he closed the deal on his mom’s first house, with many more to come.
In a tweet, Kai expressed his joy, saying, “I officially accomplished the one goal I’ve always dreamed of as a kid. Moving my family out of the hood. Now I’m here closing on my mom’s first house of many at the age of 20. Blessings!”

Kai Cenat recorded a final walk-through of the house and documented the contract signing. Although his mom didn’t appear in the video, his siblings, with whom she lives, expressed their gratitude.
